Refunds are not applicable for change of mind. In the unlikely event of a skin reaction please immediately cease using the product and contact us.

SHIPPING INFO

A $12.90 freight charge is applied to orders for standard shipping on all deliveries within Australia.

No freight charge on orders valued at $150 or over.

Purchases are available within Australia only. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, we cannot guarantee all products will be in stock at the time of purchase. You will be contacted within 24 hours in the event that we are unable to complete your order.

All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

Products will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Bloom Natural Health is not responsible for any damage that may occur after leaving our clinic. Damaged goods will need to be consulted with Australia Post by the purchaser. Tracked postage is included; however, Bloom Natural Health is not responsible for goods once dispatched.

Packages, programs & naturopathic consultations

- Refunds and cancellations are only offered within the cooling off period (3 calendar days after date of enrolment). Refunds or cancellations due to change of mind are not permitted. Upon cancellation you will lose access to all content.

- All information provided in the education portal remains the intellectual property of the owner and is prohibited from sharing without consent. Duplication, selling or sharing any resources obtained from Bloom Natural Health is considered theft and will result in prosecution.

- All consultations in the Bloom Skin Program must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any consultations not used within 6 months will be forfeited.

- Although we endeavor to do everything we can to support your health and improve your symptoms we are unable to guarantee specific results. Results are heavily based on your commitment to making the recommended changes. We are here to help support you on this journey.
